If you think that the LC19 from LaScala misses a couple of things in order to be a full on media centre this case which also comes from Silvestone just added them. So here is a very similar case to the LC19 which adds a front LCD and also a nice MCE remote control!

Everything that applies for the LC19 is also relevant here as both cases can accomodate a mATX motherboard, come with front card readers and use standard components throughout with the exception of the optical drive. It is also a near silent case with fanless Power Supply a near silent CPU cooling solution and one back case fan that does not even have to be used really.
